On behalf of our client a FMCG producer and supplier we are seeking to recruit for 2 Key Account Managers:

Description:

• Manage people and recourses to achieve volume, Instore Leadership and financial  objectives in defined KA outlets
• Sets weekly and monthly volume and Instore leadership targets per MDO, analyses results, monitor variances, and sets corrective plans and reports.
• Sets weekly review meetings with their team to ensure alignment with the plan and targets
• Ensures the achievement of sales and Instore Leadership objectives and builds relationships with customers in defined KA outlets
• Identifies opportunities and develops plans for business improvement in defined clients

          Customer Relationships

• Responsible for closing deals with customers in defined outlets and ensures that the deal is being followed
• Ensures Customer Budget Control as per ABPCustomer Relationships
•  Responsible for closing deals with customers in defined outlets and ensures that the deal is being followed
• Ensures Customer Budget Control as per ABP
• Ensures rational equipment placement, implementation of merchandising standards and of Marketing activities in each defined outlet
• Ensures collection of money financial status of all accounts and improves profitability in defined clients
• Increase Market Shares of all products categories as per Trade Plan
• Observe and report to Country KAM all activities carried out by our competitors

Requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing or Relevant
• At least 3 years of exeprience in a similar position
• Well developed managerial, interpersonal and communicating skills
• IT Literate
• Fluent in Greek and very good English
